To all who are prepared to stop whatever ythey are doing at 3pm 1500hours Eastern Standard Daylight Saving Time today Sunday feb 26th for a few moments of silent contemplation and prayer on behalf of Della and Graeme (Glassies & her hubby) I say a very big thank you.

 Ma when I was deep into meditation I sensed quite a lot of people on the same wavelength. 

I know there will be some who say what a load of old codswallop but I don't care as long as a lot of positive energy went Glassies way I will be content.

My thoughts are with you too

as they are with my best mate.........in last 2 years he's had 2 heart attacks....stents put in..........Xmas Day they operated on his neck for cancer.........last month every day he has had radiation treatment...........today.......he almost died of a stroke.from a blood clot in his brain.....they operating on that tonight

Our thoughts are primarily with Ray but also with you Dave.  It is hard to sit back and just watch as someone special to us goes through such a lot of trauma.

It never stops. We feel ****ty, and then we learn someone is have a ****tier time, and then we feel ****ty for feeling ****ty.
When it's our time, it's our time. I just hope we have more time - "enough" time.

Latest news about Ray..........they operated and removed the clot from his brain...theres not much movement limb wise yet his speach is not good.............early days yet......hes in ICU

Just an update about Ray.........hes out of ICU Royal Adel..and in a ward.....hasnt moved limbs yet......talks with a slur.....and asks about if his Mum knows about him in hospital.......only prob...she passed away 3 years ago......I hope this wont be permanent

Sometimes the cure is worse than the disease.
What can we do to get through these times? I feel helpless when all I can do is pray for them.
