Ma I think you need to go back and reread some of the earlier posts on this thread, some of it was not what I consider light banter but was quite rude and verging on nasty. I don't often comment on most of the stuff that goes on on this forum, but in this case I believe what was said was quite uncalled for. However, like most people who occasionally try and rein in some of the topics that go out of control, I am not interested in getting into a slanging match.

Sorry chichi, I hope that you get some useful information about your house issue.

People please stop for one moment and take a breath of calmness - let me apoligise for starting this thread, it was only an update on our situation  as to were we are before we hit the road. I don't have to tell everyone how to enjoy live because having watched this forum for a long time I have seen that everyone of you enjoy it to the fullness so please enjoy each others company - lets face it we are not getting any younger, take care and be good.

Before retiring I sold a lot of real estate even on a down market.Your agent has to be a busy buddy,know lots of other agents, if you go exclusive you can get stuck, most sales were on conjunction with other agents. I have seen many sales on Owner.com.

Meanwhile list your property on Owner.com free, it's a popular way to sell without commission.

Your location will give you the edge, Good Luck!
