BACK IN BUSINESS;

Finally we have another new modem, an under warrenty replacement.Just hope that this one is better than their previous versions.

This is a new model Ultimate Wi-FI, the size of a mobile phone with own battery, charge off USB &/or 240 point. This one is giving us four bars signal in our computor room where none of the others would work, so we had them in another area & only ever got a medium signal when all was good.

Weve had a usb stick first up, gave it bach after e few weeks, it was replace with a Gateway which lasted 12 mths, replaced with a Gateway elite, that lasted 11 mths, another replacement with another elite , that lasted 2.5mths. so here's hopin.

We have a little black Ultimate Jim.  Had all the trouble in the world with the first one as you may have read on a post here that Blue put up.

They replaced it with one of the same and it seems to be working a bit better at least it doesn't get really hot to the touch like the first one did.

Hi guys, just to let you know we have one of those great little units. We're we are at the moment in Rye, Vic the Internet coverage is hopeless but useable at times. Since we brought one of these we are now able to use both laptops, iPad all at the same time. Just what the doctor ordered in a van to overcome the access issue. We have had it for about 5 months with not hassles at all. Trust yours operates as well as ours has so far. Regards Brian

At least you get some internet. I can't use Bigpond on my new laptop, so I'm a 2 comp camper.
No one knows why, and Telstra-Bigpond are confused about their own identity.
What a crock of sh!t!!!!
I've given them an ultimatum which I want resolved by September when the account for this USB wireless device expires.
See if they're up to the challenge.
