It doesn't seem that long since last Easter! disbelief

If the weather forecast is okay, I'll be going camping at the beach. Same place as last year, Burrum Coast National Park Qld.

Sadly there's the likelihood of too much water along the tracks so won't be taking Lulu in. I'll be sharing a tent with number 2 son again. There'll also be number 1 son, his wife & 2 year old princess, and my brother & s-i-l.

What are you planning?

I will be on the road heading for Qld, same as last year. I remember trying to get a hot cross bun at cafe in Nerrandera, they were sold out.

That's always my concern Wombat, the crowds. So my family are always looking for spots that are free and uncrowded.

We used to go to a spot down near Kyogle, on a friends farm...it was great, but they sold it! How dare they!

This place on the beach is great! Not crowded at all.

Peter & Rose, Alex Hills is just down the road from me,,,well, about half an hour. Pity I won't be around to meet you.

Marj, I'll email you.

G'day everyone,

On the roads at easter always worries me. There is so much traffic and they all seem to be in a hurry so we are staying home and getting everything ready for our first northern migration/half lap.

This will be the first time we have not had to cut a tour short because of a return to work after 4 weeks. So we are really looking forward to a relaxing few months.

Local news is that the property "Hartwood" has been sold and this years festival will be the last. So those of you going along, enjoy yourselves

We will be staying at home in Ulladulla to watch the blessing of the fleet parade, hopefully we will have some visitors also who will help selecting the port to take away on our trip.

Hey, we're some of those "Part timers".  As I work in a school, school holidays and public holidays are the only chances I get to get away.  Part time will hopefully one day soon become full time smile

Will try to keep out of your way biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Many nice places away from the peak tourist spots, usually inland, that don't get crowded out at holiday time. Usually nice time of the year for inland too.

That's true Jimricho. Many an Easter over the years, we've headed west. Beautiful weather usually. Not too hot, not yet cold.

Ah, decisions, decisions!  Such dedication of your friends enjoying your hospitality.

And great hospitality it is too.  Pity I won't be there.

I don't plan to be doing anything except staying out of the traffic.

Stay safe.
