Why is it men never want to get rid of anything........I am pulling my hair out at this stage, lucky I have plenty.

We just  put our stuff into storage for 12mths while we live in our van while building new home. May I say were on 1st name basis with local op shop !!! all good stuff but like they say if you havent used it in 12mths then you probably don`t need it. Fully understand, I was buggared too !!!mentally & physically.

There seems to be a number of theories on this.

1. The men usually pay for the items in the first instance.

2. Men are by nature, Hunters and Gatherers, its a gene thing that men are unable to control.

3. It can sometimes be hereditary trait passed from father to son (again usually out of their control)

4. Men are more prone to seeing: the unseen value, the use, and or replacment value of "stuff".
