I would find an annexe maker somwhere near where you are and get them to measure and make one to suit

I dont know of any in your state but I am sure there are members here who will have experience with someone reputable

Kenlow is the place to go in Perth. They make vinyl and canvas awnings, roofs and walls. You'll have to look them up in Yellow Pages, but I'd recommend their work and the price. I don't think they do roll-out awnings but they do great walls with several options for fly screens etc. I have 2 ends and a wall to fit the roof with a storm flap kit. There are screens on the doors at each end, and windows on all 3 walls, with the long wall having one large screen.
I've had 2 annexes made by them and am very happy.
I've been able to find the annexe/awning company in Adelaide, Slades, to supply and install my new awning roof and roller.
I'm looking forward to getting rid of the old rotten roof and bent roller. There's not much left of the old one. It's gone brittle and peels off the cloth.
