good luck Pete, I know the feeling, I am seeing so many vans, MH, and the like in Mt Gambier at present and I just want to be one of them. My house has been on the market for 2 weeks and I think it should have sold by now, don't see what the problem is. I just keep putting it out to the universe it will happen quickly and then I am away also.

House sales are very slow right now. As of yesterday the banks aren't lowering their interest rates, so don't hold your breath.
