Well I have picked up a fully working set of tail lights for my 2004 patrol for a $150 yet when I one repaired they cost around $200. ea what a rip off no wonder insurance cost so much

I just got a minor caravan repair done.  Couldn't believe what they charged the Insurance company.  Couldn't bring myself to do what some suggested & put a tear in my awning to get it replaced too.  As you mentioned .. It all adds to putting up the insurance premiums.

A replacement bull bar for the GU Patrol costs the insurance over $1700.  Bit ove the top I thought.
