I did not read the rules for this comp thoroughly until now.
I realise that this photo is not eligible because I did not come across Charlie on my travels - I tried to delete the post but I got the message that I was not authorised to edit the post.
The rules don't actually specify that the creature must be photographed on the road. However, my original front page story in the 'Nomad' did. It was my mistake. I've now changed that to read that any photo of a creature is eligible wherever it is taken. Apologies for the confusion. So Charlie can stay after all .... he looks so comfortable I'd hate to make him move!
