Hi AC, we live south of Perth but will not be home, on Wednesday we are going to Goomalling to do a house sit just 1klm outside of goomalling for 1 month

have a look at the local caravan park $20 a night or $120 a week

I just had a look at that Goomalling CP and scroll to the bottom of the page and look at this:

Pensioners, Seniors Card Holders and registered members of CMCA and Caravan Clubs receive 50% discount.

that makes it $10 a night wow what a discount

Umm we have a housesit for 3 months starting tuesday, just trying to be friendly, thought there may be greynomads on the forum that live in wa that would be having a meetup

where is your house sit? don't give address, just the area/suburb.

We will be in Coolgardie tomorrow (Mon 14th). Were thinking of staying at The Haven Park - any comment on this park?

Been camping at the Norseman Gemfields about 10km west of Norseman for the past four nights - looking for agates.

Not found anything valuable but gots lots of pretty rocks.

G'day Rocky lizard, if you have to stay in coolgardie stay at the coolgardie tourist village which is opposite the caltex servo. The haven is a run down ramshackle old place with a fair few permanents. Neither of the parks are much good , but the one across from the servo is the better one. There is a good one in southern cross on the right just outside the town.

Many noamads over perth way at the moment, which area are you going to be Housesitting in? Suburb only,, No address just area.

Billy the kid - Maybe you should put that recommendation under Caravan Park recommendations too so we can find it there.
