I was just reading your subject on fitting a solar panel on you motorhome. I was interested to know how you are getting on and managing the power usage.
I too tossed up about fixed or portable panels and decided on a fixed roof mounted one. No storage problems, no deciding will I leave it out or not and it is secure, although you have to keep it clean for maximum performance.
I have a 130 amphr panel and two 110 AGM batteries. All working well.

I think that should read 130 watt panel. The top of a motor home is not big enough to mount a 130amp hr system. LOL
