im with you thats exactly how i feel. but i thought the real gypsies might object to me calling myself a gypsy. and i like your terminology of a grey nomad, but whatever we are we are travellers of the concrete/tar sea and we love every minute of it.
I like being a grey nomad, and I often refer to my' fellow nomads'. I wouldn't like to be referred to as a 'sun chaser'. To me, that's someone who likes to lie in the sun and has sun damaged leathery skin. I'm too paranoid about skin cancer to be one of them.
And thanks to Mum's genes, I only have a sprinkling of grey, with some foils at the moment, but that could change again.
I'm grey nomad, no home, no destination, no boundaries, no hard rules - no soft ones either. I've got no counter & no worries. Act my age - you betcha, DIG IT, I do !
Sit around in a house and wait to die NO THANKS.
Im going to keep rolling until either my ticker or engine seizes & I use valvoline, if you know what I mean......
Anyway back on the road tomorrow, there's something new on the horizon. See you later
