RE: New way to upload pictures

Wombat, I think you are the only one who is now seeing a button rather than the check box. Have you changed browsers lately, maybe that is interpreting the web site differently.

Dougwe, I do reaslise that it is easy to confuse you, if you look at my pics posted in this topic you will see a button but no box to tick, that is what I am getting starting today, also the GN page is now full size within my browser, same as rockylizard reported, Cindy said that there has been no changes from her end, she is going to check out the server.

Sheba what browser are you using?

rockylizard what browser are you using?

Nicholstones, no, I did change about 2 months ago to Chrome, could be something to do with that.

OK HW, try this hold down your Ctrl key at the same time as pressing F5, see if that will reset your screen

If you hold down ctrl and press F4 at the same time, the button goes away wommy.

I have the "attach image(s)" button also wombat, and also using chrome.

I just did a search for people on here that use Chrome and I sent you a PM asking about this button, now you have answered my question here, thanks for the info, I don't want to get rid of the button, I think it is a better way to work, so the end result is that it MUST be a Chrome feature, something that Chrome has just implimented.

I now consider this upload button solved biggrinbiggrin

I don't know why everybody is not using Chrome, great browser

I'm using Firefox and I also have the button (I liked Chrome but itwas missing a few features that I'm used to in Firefox like, from memory, its left hand bookmark column & a few addons I like)

I tried Chrome once, but like Hylda and John, preferred the browser I was used to.  Chrome didn't have the features I like.

Cheers,

Sheba.

I reckon they are all messin' with your mind Wombie, and April 1 has long gone... biggrin

I use Firefox and I also have the Attach Image(s) button which greatly simplifies the operation.  I guess you can still do multiple images too.

I just looked on the dreaded Internet Explorer and the old style of attaching images is still there.

Go Firefox!!!!!

Cheers Neil
