I was recently in Cardwell QLD by the beach on White street - after attending the public toilets I fell on a pothole and was in hospital for 4 days and then had to fly home to seek further treatment.
Unfortunately I nor did my companions take a photo of the hole and I want to write a letter to the council to ensure they fix it before someone else sustains an injury.
If anyone is in the area can they please take a photo of the pothole and attach it to a reply or e-mail it to me.
Thanks Wombat - I was hoping for a photo as I have been told I should ask to claim the cost of my airfare against their public liability dept.
GN site is great! Most helpful with my concerns of requiring INR tests whilst driving around Australia before I left!! So sad I had to cut my trip short!! So many places I want to go back to!!
