E Bike

I like my postie bike but loading it on the ute, and reg are a bug bear.I don,t think you have to register an electric bike, and you could probably charge it from the solar panels or the car. I have heard that the batteries in the bikes don,t last, but The price is interesting, though.Would like the find out more. Bill

found it at value-e- bikes at noosaville, QLD. Has a number of models for $450. Will ring him tomorrow.

 Hi Bill

Don't know if you know,  there is an electric bike shop in Townsville, but the cheapest is $1000.  Can let you know where it is if you want to know.  You don't have to register them as long as they are 200w or less.

Cheers!

Chris

Will they go over Horseshoe bay hill to Arcadia- that is the ultimate test. Its about a 13 degree hill and would test any electric bike. What does a 200 w elec bike look like? Bill

I can assue peoples the batteries are great after 5 years I still use my 12 volt 12 Amp batteries from my previous bikes to run my TV doesn't take much to charge them can be done just driving along to H/way through a cigarette lighter
