Would you believe there are 3 more Properties for Sale in Portland Roads at the moment ?  I really will have to rob a bank or something.   I used to live in the one that has just gone under contract, and one of the others I would almost kill to own.  Used to be a Gun Emplacement during the War.  Views both north and south up and down the coast.

Portland Roads, Cape York, Chris.  North of Lockhart River.   Afraid I'm a Cape York "Tragic".  That area is near "My" country, and I'd dearly love to be able to go back up there to live.  Been home-sick for it ever since I had to leave, 20 odd years ago.

There are only around 10 Freehold properties in Portland Roads, and suddenly 4 are on the market.  7 years too late for me to grab one of them.

We have friends camped near there at Rainforest Campground at the moment. Apparently it has been very wet. Glenda
