Am staying at the showg rounds for three days...Terrible TV Reception Good on the Computer and Phone...Lovely Town My bike and I are going to the bowling club Friday night for a feed and raffles.....Then onto Six Mile creek for a night Qld  Anybody know much about  this spot....Supposed to be about 6 km from Gympie Qld

Ps  Notice how I put  the State of every town I visit....Half the time when home I used to wonder where the heck some of the towns you good people are...."I know I'm wonderful...

Yes, very good jimbo.

You're in a beautiful area there. Yes not far from Gympie. I can recommend a visit to Imbil, Kandanga, Amamoor State Forest, Cooran, Kin Kin. Love this area.

Also near Gympie is Cobb & Co Nine Mile Campground (CAW #159) where several of us had a get together in May. Suggest you stay a night or 2 there. Sean and Catherine are the best hosts. Tell them you're a member of the Grey Nomads.

$10 a night per person Jimbo for CobbandCo.

The six mile camp south of Gympie is free as far as I know.

6mile creek is just south of Gympie. Not a bad place to stay - off the road a bit, free, a toilet block
