an update on wheat free diets and food and spelt flour

i post a while ago about going wheat free but not worried about the gluten

well i have been using spelt flour now for a month in my cooking and have made damper, scones, banana cakes, panckes, i use rice bubble in my fritters and rice flour and i aso use rice bubbles as a sub for bread crumbs  and as someone who as a grazer eats reguler i found i am not as bloated and enjoy the baking because i can still use it when traveling

you can get the spelt flour from coles but it is not cheap but better health wise or from organic markets which is cheaper

never thought to use rice bubbles this way but it works

for those who are gluten free spelt flour still has a gluten in it but rice flour does not
