New van floor

Well Tuesday my van will taken in to have the floor repaired we had a leak some 2years ago and having a metal stone guard floor right along the bottom of the van water would lay between the floor and plate but the insurance company ( CIL) said no trouble we will fix if we can or we will write it off hoping they can fix it as we own it and we are not ready to buy a new one yet,so am crossing fingers toes and toes they can fix it.

I hope they use marine ply for the new floor. It's strong, and water resistant as they use it to build boats.
I guess the stone guard wasn't such a good idea.
