Hi Hats, had a problem with mine some years back, we found that the steel wire that runs around the system had a small fray in the wire which stoped it from winding totally up & down, it was a nightmare trying to repair it, found a Jayco dealer who down the lot {new cable} for under $200 well worth it, but that was 4 yrs ago, so price may have changed, even steel cable seems to have "carbon Tax" issues ???
