Still here just doing a bit of work on the van putting in new window rubbers and a bearing & brake service next week.

Well just went for a drive and looked a round Townsville at the free camping still lots of grey nomads around. Hope to go to rollingstone this mth for a week

The stay is 48 hours gst - though I reckon the ranger would be agreeable if there weren't many campers around. It is a nice spot - and the store is a Post Office as well - the meal at the pub was okay as well.

I'm going to stay at the big4 caravan park taken the grand kids there for a week then in summer I'll do free camping at the couple of beach area fishing and crabbing.
