Hi Wommy, I am still here, just don't post mate. I did on Glassies thread the other day, love that girl and do hope all goes well for her.

So much going on in the real world that I don't get back on to see what happens a real lot so duck in and read all the advice and fun.

We went on our trip and had a GN right in front of us at some lights on an outback road full of roadworks. Been going to post the picture of the motor home to see who owned it but just haven't had the time. It was at the end of June, around about 23rd which was a Saturday I think. It would have been in Qld because we stayed that night at Judds Lagoon.

I was tempted to jump out and knock on the window but I didn't want to scare them or hold the traffic up and then we lost them.

First ever time we have seen a Goey sticker in our travels smile

Thanks for asking about me Wom, things may slow down soon I hope. biggrin

I made sure I didn't get the number plate guys. I think its from Tasmania.

I swear that is Jazzin Around. Lorraine. She's from Tassie. Had had the roof replaced, thats why its whiter than the rest and has this little magnifying window on the back window. I don't remember her having an aerial like that though.
But everything else is the same. I even recognise the inside and the curtains.
Was there a smaller campervan, hitop travelling with her or thereabouts at the roadworks.
I don't know where Judds Lagoon is but I do know they went right up to Mareeba and are now back down in Bundaberg.

Oh drats, wish I had of knocked on the window now. cry

Judds Lagoon is near Roma HW. Its a lovely spot down on the water.

I looked everywhere after that but never seen them again and we didn't go near Mareeba.

I didn't notice another camper to be honest.

When they left here, Biggenden, I think they went Gayndah and up through Roma, Emerald etc. Will have to check next time I"m taking to her.

Thanks Marj. smile

They were pulled up and we stopped behind them. I kept thinking the lights would go green and I would be out of the car and holding traffic. There were a lot lined up at those lights.

Seemed to be a lot of roadworks all over that area in fact.

Ok, I've just rung Lorraine. Yes it was her.
I got confused with the large aerial till we realised it is on the front of your car firefly.

Yes all those stickers on the back of her van identify it as hers as well as the others I mentioned before.

Wow Dazren, its like you were inside my head mate, that is word for word without a doubt.

Sheba all is well. I look after my grandies a lot these days as well. My daughter is now a truckie in the mines the little 48 kilo monster. biggrin She is on her own so I want her to have a good shot at earning a nice living for her and the girls.

Helen you are sweet, thanks for thinking of me. I had to say hi to Glassies, she is such a beauty mate.

Wommy Wommy Wommy, what a sweet heart, you alway always make me laugh. Don't ever lose that bit of you mate. x o x o

HW the other half reminded me we also tried to call her up on the two way. Drats again, maybe another time. wink

We were going to stay at Judds Lagoon earlier this week, but someone suggested Wallumbilla Showgrounds. When we got there, it was closed for reno work. So we camped at the back of the hall a couple of streets back from the highway. So I still haven't seen Judds Lagoon. Another time.

Edit...the roadworks are still going on.

Judd's Lagoon is another we will re visit, a really lovely spot. Some parks on the water and some back further but a struggle to find a nice level one when we were there.

This was our camp there
