BUT you must download and install before 1500 WA time, all states can download (Vic 1300)

I have been using this site for years, they do not send out emails or spam, you will need to register on that site before you can download.

They will send out daily emails if you opt to do this, I do as they do give away some good programs and this is one of the good ones

1500 WST (WA time) is 1700 EST (Vic/NSW/Qld/Tas), 1630 CST (SA/NT)

I haven't checked the site so maybe the offer closes 4 hours earlier in the East (?)

 I think there is only a 2 hour time difference, please check the site and let me know how much longer it has to go, if you are in Vic
