12v Air Compressor......help please

I bought a cheapy from Supercheap as well gilly. About 39.00 If I remember rightly. Only used it once, just to try it out and make sure I know what I was doing in front of my son.
Works well and very light to carry. Its only for emergencies after all so you don't want to be carrying something so heavy and never using it.

Edit: Forgot to say I broke the handle on it the first time I used it just by leaning on it. But it still works and thats the main thing.

Hi all, I'm looking for some advice pleasesmile today I bought a 12v 250psi cheapy air compressor from Super Cheap who told me it would be suitable to blow up my A'van camper tyres.  After reading the info on the packaging when I got home it says its suitable for sporting equip, camping mattresses and pool toys etc.......no mention of tyres so before I open it all up so that I can't get a refund I thought I'd get some good advice here...

It probably will , for about half a dozen times. Buy a bush tracker, I have had one for years. About $100, and they last. Bill

Thanks Marj, it sounds like the same one that I've purchased, because my camper has stood in the back yard for almost 12 months,  the tyres have gone a bit flat so just wanted to top them up rather than tow down to the servo so hopefully it will do the job smile

I have a jump starter with a built in compressor for tyres and it is fantastic. Does the bicycles and trailer. About $60 at Aldi and certainly around that fairly commonly available.

I bought my jump starter from Big W Janette. Unfortunately it didn't have the air compressor on it. Would have saved me buying one separately. Will know next time.
