So it is in Adelaide for last couple of days, and today. Yesterday was a hot, and windy day. But today: very strong winds, thunderstorm, lightning, rain and still windy, with occasional rain on and off. But warm, and still quite pleasant. But still, I'm glad I'm comfortable at my flat here, still yet in Adelaide. Erecting a tent, or having to strengthen it in such winds don't belong to my favoured things to do...
That being the case it is wonderful that you have the cash to be able to rent
Spida, I note on an earlier post that you're heading to Dubbo via Tamworth. If you'd like to avoid the Newell a good option is Tamworth, Currabubula, Werris Creek, Caroona, Premer (good camp at the Lions Park here), Coolah, Dunedoo, Dubbo. An alternative albeit slightly longer route for the last bit is Coolah, Gulgong (one of the, if not the, largest Pioneers Museums in Australia, plus the Henry Lawson Museum), Dubbo. If you decide to to come this way feel free to get in touch as we welcome the opportunity to meet GN's (only another couple of months till we can class ourselves as the same). All roads mentioned are fine & sealed.
