Daughters ( home for Christmas from Alice Springs) IPHONE decided to play up 3 days before it is out of warranty.
After ringing apple tech help and having no success with
what she had to do.
We then had to make an appointment to go to our nearest Apple Store
Earliest appointment we could get was 4.30 pm on CHRISTMAS EVE at
their Carindale Store .
Have to take her there as she has no car here.

No there was not a happy outcome. Apple tech( bout 20) said
phone had water damage. Daughter lives in Alice Springs.
Ph has had cover on it since day one.
Would give her a reconditioned one for $250
Walked out of store not happy
