Saw yeoeleven (John) and his Coaster yesterday - looks good - needs a few mechanical things fixed, but he has become an apprentice, doing the work under instruction - and loving it! He will know this bus inside out by the time he is on the road - also has a buyer for the Hi-Ace - so all is looking good. Long weekend here, and he is waiting for a new carby to arrive, will have to wait till Tuesday - but at least he knows how they work now.

I am also very proud of my son for the help, friendship and hospitality he is sharing with John! Though John is starting to sound like a 76 year old 30 year old!!!!!!!! Watched his first ever episode of The Simpsons the other night!!!!!!

And let me tell you, the bed in the bus is big enough for multiple "friends" to share!!!!!!!!!

But Gary would you want it any other way,// I sure would't .You just have have to have a brouse at some of these other c/ van forums to see what i mean,They are just that a forum run like militry style acctions... so unfriendly ....and no Billiii or John or Wombat/Sheeba

Slightly OT, but nevertheless about our Studmaster John.

I remember him once saying he had searched his username (Yeoeleven) on google, and came with some posts from an old forum he belonged to. So I did the same, and all I can say is he is one canny fellow our Yeoeleven with numbers etc. My small brain could not fathom it all, a bit over my head, but apparently our Yeoeleven is a bit of a guru in that department (I seem to remember he wrote a book on the subject, so maybe if that is so he can tell us the title).

I couldn't find a definition for his username (except for references to John on a finance/gambling forum), but did for Yo-Eleven, see;

.......................Captain of the stud ship !!!!!!!! WOW now that is the Hilton on wheels...also Billeee there is a nudist beach around 40k from Frankston and a few scattered along the murry...Not that i have visited any,but know a few who visit them for the all over tan excuse. So maybe John can set up the bus to sell muffins there to make a few $ to help in the fuel department...Or he even could set the bus up as a first aid station for all those sun burnt bodies.

G'day Jules. Yea I tried to get back to you to invite you to stay on the farm, that was after I figured out I had a personnel message.

But no worries I will soon be on the big Island and perhaps we will meet on the road somewhere.

Whilst your here havnt been to Melbourne in the last 4 years and apparently there has been major changes getting out of Melbourne, any tips or routes you reccomend. Want to head norwest or west then north.

G'day What a truly remarkable, unbelievable, amazing, sizziling bunch of guys and girls, I have been in stiches running through this thread.

Congratulations to all, I just hope abit of this thread rubs off on my adventures and your attitude to life and living imprints in my brain so I too can have a ball.
