Looks like there'll be no Skypeing from me as you'll have no connection there.

But I'll be with you in spirit. Have a great time everyone.

I must say, I'm very dissapointed..I was really looking forward to meeting you all, and reaquainting with Marj.

The doctor at Molescan said if I hadn't heard from the hospital by this week to give him a call and he would get onto them himself. So I'll do that tomorrow.

Whatever happens, I do have plans to nip up to my sisters at TCB on Anzac Day for a few days. At least that will give me a change of scenery.

Well I guess the party's started by now but I'm still planning to arrive on Tuesday the 23rd.

Planning is really exercising my mind! I have to keep reminding myself that the microwave won't work!

I'm already practising sleeping with no electric blanket!

Hope someone will keep an eye out for me since it's my first time!

Just look out for the friendliest medium-sized dog on the planet (I'm pretty friendly too!)

Peter

I am sorry you are not coming Beth. Would love to have met up again. Maybe soon sometime it will happen again.

Peter, you won't need your microwave or electric blanket. By the way Electric Blanket, whats that. I haven't needed one since I moved from NZ in 1997.

Looks like a trip back to the garage this morning for a small Myrtle check up, hope it doesn't hold me up. When he fitted the batteries and we tested that everything was working, he said that light will go out in a minute. (The light on the isolator)
Thought no more about it till yesterday afternoon. Went into that area as had to put some foam around the edge of the area. The lights still on. I know its not supposed to be as was never on before.
Hopefully it won't take much or cost to much to work it out.

Peter you won't get lost, head in the right direction and there we will be. I've never been there before so a little apprehensive myself.

Could be a bit late getting there tomorrow. Been a change in circumstances here in this house.
Grandaughter has moved back home with dad to live permanently, today. Will be going with son tomorrow to her school over in Maryborough to sort out a bit of paperwork and see whats happening with her fees etc. Then Centrelink to see what he is eligible for in the way of payments.
Will be there sometime, if its late may stay over on the way. But will be there.

That's good Marj.   Hope the other doesn't hold you up too long.

Shouldn't hold me up too long Sheba. Leaving here at 7.30am, a nice early start so hopefully get it done quickly.

'fraid I won't be bringing the Colin Friels movie "Buddies" Marj.   Looked through all my DVD's today, and it looks like some-one has "borrowed" it.  Had to order it specially when I bought it, too.  Hate it when people do that.

Don't know what time I'll get there.   Seems to be taking for-ever to get organised.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Oh, I'm the same Sheba. Have been wandering back and forth to the van all day. Think I'm about right, just the fresh food to go in at the last minute and toiletries/medication.

That's really annoying isn't it Sheba. I've had that happen with a few books. Even though I write my name in the book when loaning it, a few have never been returned.

Gotta agree there Beth.  She says she copied it and returned it, but it ain't here.   At least she finally "found" the two discs in the "Outrageous Fortune" series she'd borrowed.  They turned up on the shelf a couple of days ago.  Still got at least three books that I know of missing.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Couple of pics I took last weekend before we left.  Planning to head back over this Friday for the weekend.  Middle outfit with the yellow canoe atop in the third pic is Paul's (Myvan). Toilets are up the hill to the left.

Sheba is on her way. I have been delayed till tomorrow. Grandaughter has camp tomorrow with school, we knew nothing about it so its a quick whip around to get her stuff together in a hurry.
I don't think I signed up for this but oh well kids, grandkids, they all need nana at times.

See you all tomorrow.

Hot water bottle man, hot water bottle!!!!!! (Or put a biggish rock near the fire to warm, wrap it in a pillow case and pop into your bed - lovely and warm - don't let it get too hot though).

It's not even cold yet! And I'm the biggest cold frog Qlder!

Granted it may be getting cooler inland, but I doubt an electric blanket or hot water bottle would be needed just yet.

 Hi Pete,

thin blood is fine as long as you have a thick skin. LOL

Don't know if it's a Geist, Greyghosts but I was told it is a British van. Must have been a tad confused when I posted the pics as well. Paul's rig was behind the centre rig & obscured by the one below it.
