OK guys this is it, have finished my little poptop and we are off on it's maden voyage. Just a quickie down from Bankstown in Sydney to Canberra, Via a small detour south of Nowra to Braidwood, through Morton National Park onto Sassafras for 2 nites (hope there is a pub with a fireplace nice and hot) then into Braidwood, Bungendore and Canberra. It will be a bit cold, so I'm takin my good bottle of Port for ....just in case.......will post some pics later, hic.......Sarg.
What a great part of the world that is, Sarg. I remember parking in the main street of Braidwood for the first time and being astonished at how wide the street was. And you're right about a pub with a fireplace... what a great excuse to have another beer.
Good onya Sarge, you have a great time and keep us posted on how it is all going. Just gotta love it out there, doing your own thing. Best feeling ever.

Enjoy it all Sarg, Just pack the thermals, and a extra bottle of port and you will hot to trot. ..Some real nice country down in that neck of the woods. The best part about down that way is your not driving for hrs between seeing interesting places.
Yes, make sure you pack the thermals as it is already frosty down this way. -2C in Cooma last night. Forecasts tell us to expect another frost tonight. It's already got a nip in the air and while we haven't had a frost here yet they are certainly close. Take a hot water bottle as well.
