Miss Greens Lake.

Went to Greens to visit Julie & Billeeee, thinking John would be there already but no we had to wait for him to arrive, didnt have to wait long. Even though it rained it was good to sit & yakk looking over Green Lake, makes me miss Greens & the company.

Sounds like you are all enjoying Greens. I hope to get there at some stage but a few things to get sorted at base camp first after I leave here on the NSW south coast sometime next week.

It's lovely here! And so good to meet Jules n Bileeeeee, and John.
Thank you all for the warm welcome ;)
Thought Billeeeeeeeeeeeee was playing way out music really loud. Then went for a wander and realised it was the young folk, way up, but the sound was travelling.
Gonna hit John with more awning talk tomorrow. He's got the whizz bang tie down technology happening, I like it. I want to copy it. Got my awning fixed on the way up, happy days, just the spring, and it now retracts. Watched them fix it, if it happens again, reckon I can fix it myself.
Had a cold shower, no, not for that reason, just cos the water wouldn't heat and I got sick of wasting water trying to figure it out. Ahhh well. Will figure that tomorrow. At least I'm clean.
Night all!

Is there likely to be a contingent of GN's at Green's at the end of November?

I've been working flat out lately filling in for people on holidays. My part time position has become practically full time, which is why I haven't been on the site for awhile, but I have a good break at the end of November (according to the latest roster) and would love to meet a few GN's. If anyone is still at Greens, then I'll make my way there and check it out.

It depends. That's the plan, but if it has to be a day trip, then it will be in the Rodeo. A lot depends on the weather at the time. The old Kombi isn't keen on long trips when the temperature is over 25 degrees for some reason.

Off to Griffith for Easter 2014 though and will definitely be driving the Kombi then as I'm heading to a Kombi gathering. I'll be stopping at Greens on the night of the 17th on the way to the event and on the night of the 22nd on the way home. Hopefully some GN's will still be aroundsmile
