I have had a blast since hitting the road. One day I might even get around to updating my blog. Have not had time. Had four days free camping with friends at Warbutons Bridge, just out from Castlemaine. Lovely setting, fire pits, new drop toilet, quiet, and grassed. Lots of wild life and just a wonderful time had by all. Went onto Bendigo and booked into the Big 4 at Epsom, another quiet place, family setup but it is a smaller park so not so noisy, had a lovely time there with the families camped next to me. They go there every year and invited me to join them for happy hour, and hey who am I to disappoint and say no. Really nice people and they then invited me to join them for cup day, it was a toss up wether to stay or go to Greens Lake. Hmmmm, decided the latter was the way to go. I don't think Miss Daisy was happy though as she would not allow me to roll her water hose in completely so I got cross with her and she had to have bits dangling in the locker instead of on the reel.
Off to Greens and what a wonderful day it was again. Had a blast, too much to drink, too much to eat, or maybe with the way I was feeling this morning not enough to eat. Great laughs and company, good conversations, all with people that are the salt of the earth. Met new people and caught up with ones I have met before. All good.
I am now in Stawell at the Gateway to the Grampians CP, nice little place, clean and quiet, $22pn powered site. So will stay here tonight and then decide if I move on tomorrow. Poor Miss Daisy really needs a good clean, so might do that tomorrow and then head of to catch up with rellies in Nhill on Friday.
Ohhhh just for Ken, I have the sticker now in the back window. Please see evidence.
Hmmm seems I might have left a little early. What a wonderful feast you all have had.
Walked into the town centre of Stawell this afternoon, had a lovely lunch at one of the cafes, did a bit of shopping and walked back again. Wow, what a beautiful little town. The houses and gardens make the walk all the more enjoyable. Certainly would recommend this place.
Cleaned Miss Daisy this morning, how cool is house work in a MH. 2 hours and all done including windows inside and out. She is all sparkling again after free camping for most of the time I have been on the road. Love the 2 hours instead of 2 or more days to do windows, house and garden when I had one. Yipppeeeeee, gotta love this life.

My sympathies are with you Shekon! The hardest thing about being a GN is that you don't get weekends off - and you never get a long weekend! Such is life. Someone has to appreciate the great outdoors.
