Working on it, Retirement,

Hi All,

I Better introduce myself,

Working all my life for retirement, If Im dead before hand, Im dead and wont be worrying about it,

Only live people worry about dying, Hahahaha,

I bought a second house about 20 years ago, Superannuation, I have nothing else to support my retirement,

Any way, This estate agent gave me a figure for my second house that was totally Rediculous, Over the top, I said,  If you can get that, its on the market,

He put up the For Sale sign on Monday, It was sold on Saturday, the same week, He did get the Rediculous amount for the sale of my house,

I can now retire, Whoo Whoo,  September 2011, In Fiji,

So I bought an American Boat to retire on, in Fiji, Google is my friend,

I retired as I stepped onto my new, second hand 34 foot ocean going sailing Catamaran,

6 weeks later, after learning how to operate my boat, I set sail for OZ,

Can I sail, Not very well, There is a first time for every thing, and this is a first time for me, Hahahaha

I got it to Bundaberg in QLD, For Customs and Immigration, then I sailed it down to Broughton Island, NSW,

Where it got bodily thrown up onto the beach and rocks with a severe wind change from the south,

It got written off, I bought it back from the insurance company, Then trucked it to Melbourne where its currently being repaired,

Mid January 2014, Is the lastest finish date for my boat, Ive had five completion dates so far,

I actually made a few bob out of the repairs to my Boat, so I bought a 1989 Foretravel Grand Villa, 36 foot RV  from the USA,

Which I have had converted and still working on getting all the systems working again,

I need to finish the repairs to my boat, then sail it around OZ, The Kimberlys are my passion in a boat,

Then sell the boat, With the money from the Boat sale,

Then I can afford to drive my Coach around OZ, Diesel is very Exy,

Have the toys, But no cash, Hahahaha,

Capitol Gains Tax, Took me from being a Fully Self Funded Retiree, To being on the Old Age Pension and Broke,

No, I wasnt Lucky, To have all my toys, I worked very hard for 50 years to get it, and went with out  a lot of things to do it,

Looking forward to travelling full time, Which will be next year 2014,

I am friendly, so drop in and say hello if you see me parked some where,

Cheers,

Brian,
