Where were these roos, HC? They look a bit heavier than the usual Eastern Grey.
We have a big mob of Eastern Greys roaming around our village, they keep our front lawns mowed too well! I've learned that these roos eat a slightly different range of garden plants from the wallabies who live near Bemboka in the Bega area (NSW)

It's a well set up nature reserve & wetlands on the outskirts of the town for native animals and birdlife.
Its well worth a visit if your in the area.
These guys are well cared for with a variety of food compared to the ones that have a early morning raid on your lawns.
