I have had a very bad service experience with a company on the Gold Coast trying to get my mini fridge repaired under warranty, is it OK to post their name so as no one else will have the same experience. Like to hear what you have to say.
.. I would suggest not to do so .. both you and the website could be open to liability ..

Like Jonathan says, but repost in the General section as this is the intro section. Perhaps give a description of your bad experience in the post on General without naming the company, and invite anyone wishing to know more to pm you would be best IMHO.
