Like most caravans I buy, this Jayco looked O.K. but, I have since had to re-bush the entire under-carriage and fit new brake linings. On the + side, I did get it at around $5,000 below market value, so even with the expense of repairs, it's still a cheap van and all good now.

James, I met one bloke with one that had a front kitchen, he had smoke coming down the sides of his stove exhaust fan hood, removed it and found that a piece of wood between the fan hood and the outer exhaust outlet near the door did not have a hole bored in it, so no exhaust fumes were escaping, so had to force their way down the side of the fan hood. I had one like that too but in a different model Jayco.
Jayco have the best warranty around even after they have expired, but as they make the most caravans in Oz I think they rely on the public
a bit to be their "quality control" relying on their excellent warranty to sort things out.
