Planning our big trip

Hi everyone, we are a couple nearing retirement age who have decided to 'get on the road while we have our health'!

Just sold our much loved Coromal poptop caravan and are now the proud owners of a Ranger Panorama 18'6" full size caravan. In the process of getting it set up ready to go (it is a 2011 demonstrator that has never been 'lived in' so it needs mods to suit our aims of as much free camping nights as we can do.

No tow vehicle as yet but are planning on getting either a Pajero diesel or Colorado dualcab (probably the former) in 4-5 months time.

So exciting getting everything ready and planning the trek which we are aiming to start early next year.

Would love to hear from other Ranger or Pajero owners and their experiences.

Welcome to the forum Wibbles. Sounds like you have planned well. Sorry I can't help you with vehicle request as I am still driving the family corolla..

I am sure that it will not be to long before all your questions will be answered. Great people with lots of knowledge all willing to assist.

Alan.
