Paronella park

What a lucky boy I am . No 1site in the park .private quiet watered up powered up washed up showered & shaved off. Impressed by 1mans lifetime endeavour (not my thing ) but I am impressed. Loved the avenue of kauri trees.the lilies in the pond peaceful there.and the fish broke my heart not having 1 for tea..even darell could catch 1 here..julies no problem...lol

I was very impressed with the whole layout but was raining heavily when we were there
They were going to buy the pub up the road at the time and I think they have done that and putting in power sites

Yes Roy it is an interesting place I was there in 2012 and took photos of the kauri trees that you mentioned plus a few others here   http://yeoeleven.blogspot.com.au/2012/08/paronella-park.html

Leaving Wuruma today to have the bus looked at then who knows?

John

Fascinating place. Loved the night tour.

I intend going back again next time I'm up that way.

We spent the night there about 18mths ago. One mans dream and passion . It's a shame it was let go but hopefully the new owners will bring it back to life. Worth seeing.
