Sorry but never heard of them ron-sharron but welcome to the gang, enjoy here and out in the playground.

I'm sure someone here will have some info for you though. Good luck.

Hi Ron and Sharron,

I've just seen your post asking about the Lagoon Pasadena Caravan.  We have one!  Only ours is under the name Jetstar Pasadena.  Same company.

These vans are very well made and their after sales service is second to none.    We ordered ours in May 2012 and picked it up March 2013, price secured with a $100 deposit!

There was a problem with the hot water service, we had a technician come out to fix it for us.  Lagoon paid the bill the day they received it.  (We were in the Adelaide area at the time)  The microwave was also replaced very quickly (while we were in Canberra) ... apparently (according to the microwave company) microwaves are not really designed to go in caravans and sometimes the constant movement can cause problems.  Not Lagoons fault, but they were more than happy to assist with the replacement and provided us with a new frame to go around it (as it was siliconed to the wall instead of screwed).

We are more than happy with our van and the service provided by the company.

Cheers

Hi All, i am just wondering if there are any updates on the Lagoon Pasadena. We recently saw one at their yard and were very impressed with the finish and the price.
Do any members have any comments good or bad on this company and vans, as we dont know much about them.
Cheers
PS Graham & Jacqui do you still have yours?
