Heading north to darwin,


just would like a bit of info on any free camps up in darwin  which we have done a lot of, my husband and i are at ayers rock at the moment and will be heading to darwin with in the next few weeks , as we do not like going into caravan parks much at all just would like a bit of a feed back as we do have a camp6 book and wiki camps ,but if anyone out there can help us would love to here from you thankyou ,michelle

Thanks guys for your info, will take it on board, we have finally arrived in Alice springs today, a bit wet this morning but its beautiful now, staying in the show grounds here, great spot.smile

You could try Robbie Robins reserve on the stuart hwy between Palmeston and Darwin. I travel past there a bit, seems ok has water and Tiolets , some shade trees. It used to be $120 p/w few years ago but don't know what it is now.
