Newbie offering to Host Grey Nomads in Hervey Bay (Pet Friendly)

Gidday Fellow Grey Nomads,

My Hubby and I are "parked up" for now after wandering around in our Van for a couple of years.  We realised while on the road that we had something really special here in Hervey Bay and would like to share it with other Travellers.

We have a large modern home with two bathrooms on a 1/4 of an acre and room for an RV/Caravan  under 20ft in our private garden, (Car separate park) all amenities including camp kitchen, laundry, toilet, bathroom, men's shed, art/craft/sewing space etc.  Ken and I (Christina) are in our 60's very easy going, love Photography, Art, Music, Nature and Beachcombing.  We towed a 15' Coromal Pop Top with our Prado.

Unfortunately, we can only host one RV/Caravan at a time so have a look at our ad under Free/Budget Campsites Qld.  We are Pet Friendly and happy to petsit while you look around at the local attractions.

What an offer Christina and Ken, very nice of you indeed.

Doug, Wombat, Neil & Ruth, Alan & Adele,  Thanks for the welcome.  You said "shut the front gate"?  Do you think we'll get mobbed??

We only have room for one van?  It is a great spot to park up for a while or visit the Fraser Coast.

Whale watching season starts in July and prices in the caravan parks soar to $45 - $50 per night.  If you can find one.

Might see you here sometime??

Christina and Ken
