We had a Chinese friend come and visit the other day. He and his friend were participating in some sort of food expo in Melbourne. He left us some goodies BUT not sure what this cryovaced fish is.

It's the common "Bridgestonis Treadpatternis Wheelroundis Tyris" Carp often found in small smokey spots.
Not to be confused with the "4x4is Cooperis Treadpatternis Wheelroundis Tyris" Carp that is found in small smokey spots up north.
