Greeting, all our Nutty Nomad friends, May I say one thing, warm, warm, warm, Opps that was three things, anyway , Howdyeeee from Broome, !!And!!, may I give a big Salutation to Judy, (Barina),,!!Who is in Vic , working , and paying taxes, Sooooo people like us can spend winter , where its warm,,Hehehehe,,, Lov u Judy..... stay excited , even if its cold,,,,,,hehehehe Billeeeeeee
As Billeeeeeee says, the weather here is warm- 30 degrees or thereabouts every day - lovely evenings - even though it is dark by 5.30pm!!!!!!
We are staying at Broome's Gateway CP - nice place - a bit different to normal CP's - NO POWER! Have water, and the place is run on solar panels - $30 per night - which is cheap up here - has all other things needed - ablution blocks are individual shower/toilet units, plenty of room (shower with a friend!!) - the place is very natural, not crowded on top of one another - pets ok - and we arrived today to find they were having a $2 sausage sizzle tonight - they do it every Wednesday to raise money for different charities each week! Nice people - and good company.
The town has grown since I was here last - getting very flash - heading out tomorrow for a good look around.

G'day Mates. Looks like you are having a great time over there in WA. We are house sitting in Cairns for 4 months & certainly we have picked the right time to do that. Weather here is glorious - lovely clear skies just cool enough at night to pull up a sheet etc.
As if my face isn't already worn & weather beaten enough I had to have a weird thing cut out of my cheek on Tuesday - called a keratin horn. Waiting now for pathology report. But at least the doc's stitches are neat!!
A "keratin horn" - something to do with hair growth? Isn't keratin the stuff in hair? And on your lovely face you need neat stitches - I had a thing taken off the top of my hand years ago, it was like having a" hand lift" on it - 26 stitches, so tiny and neat - but of course now the sun and age have taken their toll - back to wrinkly hands again!!!
Hope it is ok - and enjoy Redlynch - the pub there have a great meal!

Good to see that all of you are having a good time, I was there in May 2012 and remember swimming at the beach and taking photos of the camel trains. John

Stop enjoying yourself so much! Just stop it! Where is that park? Must be new since 2007.
Hey we were just talking about you the other day - a Sprinter went past with "escort" signs - but it wasn't you!!!!
We are loving it up here - the free camps are great - the Gateway has been around for a little while - looks like maybe was an orchard previously, caravan park at back, maybe for pickers or whatever - it is a good park, about 26k from Broome, 5k down the road from Roebuck Roadhouse - well worth a stop!
How are you going? Working? If so, where are you? Hope you got over your injuries!!!!!!
Greetings Nomads, and to our Nutty friends, Shalom... !!And may I send a big Howdyeeee to Dougwe, like your new tug,,old fella,,, !!Now!!, back on topic, wot a sight, Oldboar, (Darrell) on his new pedal bike, taking the dogs for a walk, was a talking point to the 40 or so free campers today, I must say, the dogs loved pulling Darrell along,,,,,,,,, I won't tell you what happened at another free camp , the dogs were going so fast , Darrell fell off,,,,,hehehe, May I say one more thing, ????
