Has the roof of the van got a little vent in it near the front ? if it has ,that is what it is four, open that and it will pressurise  the inside while you are travelling along.

Is the dust getting in around the pop-top? If so you can replace the rubber seal around the edge of the top.

Get underneath it and see if there are any holes in the bottom that you can seal up with silicon... sometimes there are gaps around the various pipes and hoses.

I doubt you will ever get rid of the dust after its found its way into every nook and cranny, but keep on cleaning, and good luck!

If you are handy with tools you could add a boat bilge fan fitted with a car air filter to pressurise the van to keep the dust out.
