I haven't checked with caravan park re this but according to their website there is a minimum stay (or pay 2 nights @$35 per night) on regular weekends. So anyone planning to stay there please ring and check if you were only planning on an over nighter.
Numbers are about 10 with still a couple to confirm so it looks like being a good weekend. Some may be arriving this weekend and others during the week with the majority arriving Fri pm and Sat am. And there is one or 2 who may be day visitors on Saturday. Looking forward to meeting everyone and putting faces to names.
* Just a reminder there is NO power.
* Plenty of water (potable bore water which we think is an acquired taste that we haven't mastered!!) and rain water for drinking.
* All your grey water can just run on the ground, we have deep sands and it will vanish very quickly.
* Pets are welcome.
* Shared tea on Saturday night so please bring something, casserole, finger food, whatever floats your boat basically. There is a bbq and gas pizza oven and a fridge.
* Tea and coffee and bickies and cakes provided.
* BYO booze for happy hour.. (we don't drink but don't mind others having a drink or three)
* Come for a day or a week, we would love you to come and visit.
It's because of all the pills the "Quack" has stuck me on,
I know I have to take a red one and a white one,
then I think of the "WOMBAT NYMPH'S" and take the two pink ones ,
k.J.
you have done it wrong, if thinking of the nymphs you should be taking two white ones, if you have already taken two pink ones then you need to contact a coffin maker.
sorry Sue & Phil, but you know how Vic likes to go OT so I'll do a BOT here's a copy of Sue' post

Hi, and thanks again for the invite, it will be lovely to meet you and place the face with the words. I'm all for a BBQ under the stars or Pizza, and of course the paradise that is Seabird.....Kisha.
Good on Darrell - he looks after us very well!!! After our backtrack to Geraldton, we have take the circular route to look at some wildflowers, so will most likely be there on Sunday afternoon. Will be good to meet you guys!!!

Looks like the weekend weather for that weekend may be fine, for Yanchep (about 20 kms south of Seabird) that is looking good, see 7 day forecast there;
Haven't looked at the long range forcast but we did put in a request to the man upstairs for fine sunny weather with no wind. Hopefully he will ok the request!!
We had a mini run tonight with the campfire. Daryl and Sandra are here and another couple from Victoria who are here for the night (but will be back for the GT next weekend) so we sat around the fire for a couple hours and chatted about places to see, places to miss and general getting to know you chat. Was great.
We drew the short straw this weekend and have the 8 yr old grand daughter. she cooked lots of marshies in the coals...well, actually she couldn't wait for the coals and charred them in the flames. She wants to come again next weekend but I don't think I can do two weekends in a row. She wanted to drive the ride on mower so we set it on low and let her go. .needed one in front waving a red flag and one be beside her telling her to turn the steering wheel before she hits a tree or a car or a caravan!! Look at me Nanna I am driving, dad said I am not old enough to drive. He was right!!

Rain, Hail or Shine, we'll be there !
What weather search engine do you use and what areas do you search (names of towns or districts etc) ????
Neil and Lynne, both you, your fur baby and friends are welcome to attend. Come whenever you wish, we are flexible with arrival and departures. Some are here already with several more due over the next couple of days. There is plenty of room.
