See you Thursday. There will be someone here to direct you to a parking spot or simply find your own preferred spot. We should be home mid arvo.

ok Sue, just heard from a guy next door to us that he was at Guilderton C/p 2 weeks ago and its $48 a night, have not confirmed this but just so that others who may go there do not get a surprise, if the price is correct then I will never go there.

That info is incorrect Wombat, we have a confirmed booking for two nights powered site at $35 a night, $28 per night if unpowered. I put this on a previous post on this thread, see link to prices etc here, it is still low season until 25th September;

Details of the Kings Park Festival (Perth) from 1st to 30th September, see this link for events etc, good way for our interstate visitors to see wild flowers without lots of travel, also put it in General, see;
It's not too late if you want to come. We have plenty of room. Come for a day visit if you cant come for weekend. We have people here already, more arriving tomorrow and Friday and over the weekend. We have an array of vehicles from fivers to mobile homes to big and small caravans with an assortment of tow vehicles so here is a good chance to find out the pros and cons of each type of rig. We have a member of a UHF club who will happily talk radios.
The campfire will be going all weekend.The wild flowers are out so bring your camera.
Not into just sitting around talking, then unhook and scoot up a have a look at the Pinnacles (1 hr away), check out the Guilderton and Seabird beaches, Moore River Estuary, go for a drive to Gingin (about 1/2 hr away). "nanna naps' are almost mandatory!!
Now we just need the weather gods to be kind to us!!
You are welcome to stay on and wander down to Kings Park and see nearly all WA wildflowers in one place.
* Just a reminder there is NO power. * Plenty of water (potable bore water which we think is an acquired taste that we haven't mastered!!) and rain water for drinking. * All your grey water can just run on the ground, we have deep sands and it will vanish very quickly. * Pets are welcome. * Shared tea on Saturday night so please bring something, casserole, finger food, whatever floats your boat basically. There is a bbq and gas pizza oven and a fridge. * Tea and coffee and bickies and cakes provided. * BYO booze for happy hour.. (we don't drink but don't mind others having a drink or three) * Come for a day or a week, we would love you to come and visit.
