Convection type cooking - don't be fooled into thinking you have to buy New to cook in this way.  All you need to do is test your current pots n pans - How??  Well just get yourself a reasonable magnet and if it sticks well to bottom of your pan - voila!!!  you have a Convection Pot!!!??
