Up in my cab over bed area I had nowhere to put some of those odds and ends, like a book, my glasses, my alarm clock, my mp3 player and earphones....then I saw a great way to store....one of those hanging packs for toiletries....but rather than hang it I have stuck mine up using the stick on velcro on both the side wall of my shower cubicle and onto the back of the hanging pack....look around the op shops, I got mine for 1.00!

AH, Velcro....My favorite,handy attaching stuff.
Once got a swag of "super velcro" years ago. ( Extra big hook tape ) Great stuff - you needed a pry bar to separate it.
Gerty, it has been up in place now for about 18 months, right through the 15 days I was at Tamworth last year in 35+ heat every day and on the way south again, sometimes have to press it into place a bit but has not come off yet!
Ok Sheba, I will take a pic and load it up....

Ok, I have taken pic but it has not turned out real good, but you can see what I mean by hanging toiletry bag....although they come in all shapes and sizes....visit local op shops until you find one you like, or get a rear of seat type storage set up, the ones that attach via head rest, and stick that up if you have loads of room!
With regard to the stick on velcro, I only ever buy the heavy duty stuff, it's great!
Take care, on a hot day the glue on the Velcro can give way.
Gerty I found that this time away in some heat. I had used double sided velcro as an extra precaution on the awning supports. I reached up (I have put them too high) to undo the velcro and the glue was soft and velcro came apart!!!!!!!!! Yesterday when daughter Alex was here for my weekly gran daughter Olivia hugs I asked her if she could run a seam along each side of the velcro for me. She said she had the machine out doing curtains so no problems. Finally raising kids is proving beneficial!!!
For what it's worth, I had a situation where I needed Velcro attached to plastic but the heat was softening the glue and the bits were falling apart.
So I cleaned off the glue from the back of the Velcro (turps I think) and stuck it on the plastic with Araldite. Hasn't moved since.
