A bushfire EMERGENCY WARNING has been issued for people in the Rugged Hills Subdivision, which is a rural residential estate, in West Toodyay, in the Shire of Toodyay. 
 
This includes people in the following streets:
 Dreyer Road
 Julimar Road
 Davies Road
 Kane Road
 Ridley Circle
 Wilkerson Road
