Well after Narrandera a few days. I went to West Wyalong a few days then now , I am sorting out the campers here at Griffiths . Not too much sorting as there is no GN here. A few backpackers.
yes the power supply (batteries) are sorted. so believe it or not .... I am a happy camper
the sunrise here is not so spectacular
there is a three day free camp at the lake here.

Retirement is when one makes the best of what one has got left.
It is how the steel rims were put onto the wooden wagon wheels ,
The wooden wheels were made minus the rim ,
The rims were made minus the wheel .
The wheels were put onto this steel base ,about 1m. or a tad more in diameter
the base can be lifted up or down via the long handle .
When the wooden wheel is in place on the steel round plate ,the rim is heated
to the max temp then placed over the wheel . The rim expands in size when heated very hot..now that the rim and wheel are on the steel plate and secure ,
The wheel is lowered into a large concrete tub of cold water,
The rim contracts because of the cold water
thus the rim is very secure on to the wooden wheel .
Interesting about the wheel Paul - where are you now? We are at Ardlethan, NSW, cute little town with free camp right in town - and power at $2 per 12 hours!!!!
Toilets and bbqs.
See you at Wuruma?
