Recently stayed at the Windmill Caravan Park at Ballarat. This caravan park is part of the Big4 group, I wonder how it retains being in this group, very old amenities block, the water pressure when connected to the van was a very low trickle and the grey water pipe in the ground appeared blocked.

I would not advise anyone to stay at this park. They do have a very nice enclosed heated swimming pool.
